From Cedar Falls, Iowa, BJ Hill obtained his Business Degree from Grand View University and his master’s degree from South Dakota State University. Now, he’s a new exclusive agent owning an agency with a reputation for over 25 years of dedicated service to the community.
Honing to his reputation, BJ Hill finds being a trusted advisor to his client the most rewarding aspect of his job. When he is not providing them with the proper security they need to protect what they cherish the most, he is spending time being active with his two children or hiking, fishing, and other sporting events.
Contributing to his community, BJ is involved in various non-profits and uses coaching in the youth program as the perfect platform to provide life lessons and advice to the kids in the neighborhood.

From Scottsdale, AZ, Jen Swanty was exposed to the insurance industry before she could even walk. When her father was the owner of the Swanty Insurance group, Jennifer worked part-time while in High School, then full time as the agency manager in 2000.
Although she currently resides here in Loveland, she still feels attached to Arizona. Jen Swanty is now a proud mother of four beautiful girls and enjoys spending time with them at the park, movies, shopping, school fundraisers and so much more. In her spare time, she reads about ten books a month about psychological thriller or detective genre.
Additionally, she volunteers at the Alternatives to Violence in Loveland and the Fort Collins Cat Rescue. It’s worth noting she is not a huge fan of cats, but her sister started the cat rescue, and she is devoted to helping her family.

Before Lisa started working in the insurance industry in July 2015, she lived in many different areas of the country, but spent most of her years in Norman, OK, and Las Vegas, NV before finally settling in Colorado.
Lisa strives to make sure her clients leave the office with a smile on their face, which is why she works hard to provide people with the necessary services they need.
She finds discussing topics that relate to kids of any age, educating people on a couple of specific health conditions or the world of geriatric healthcare. She can also be found running 5 million family related errands or relaxing at a restaurant with friends and relatives.
A not so known fact about Lisa is that she keeps five scrapbooks for her kids and she gets involved with Children’s Hospital in Aurora as well as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation- Colorado Chapter.

Coming to us from Rapid City, South Dakota, Paul dived into the insurance industry headfirst and has never looked back. Our Licensed Insurance Producer prides himself in making every client feel important and with an education background in computer engineering and business management, no challenge is too big or small. His highlight at work could be said to be when he sees someone’s face light up when he can bring them a check to help them out of a difficult situation.
Paul Baldwin is a self-proclaimed mountain man; Hence why the move to Colorado was a no-brainer for him. In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors by hiking, camping or playing competitive Frisbee with his border collie, Andrew. Also, he volunteers at the Larimer Humane Society to help with animal rescue and nurture lost fur babies.

Originally from New York, Josh later moved to North Carolina to finish his undergraduate degree in Business. Since then, Josh has been in the insurance industry since 2005. Josh loves meeting new people and taking on new challenges, which is why he loves the financial service industry. He finds that it’s always evolving which allows for endless opportunities for growth and honing his skills.
Josh’s favorite things in life are being a father to his four-year-old son, Graham, cheering for the Broncos, and riding his Triumph motorcycle. Additionally, Josh could be spotted at his local parks, breweries, eating out or riding the canyons on his motorcycle.
A fun fact about Josh is his love for stand-up comedy. When there are open-mic opportunities, you could see Josh on stage. Or as he says, “having a panic attack!”
Josh is also a member of the Sertoma Club and volunteers as a high school baseball coach. Also, likes to volunteer at local women shelters like Alternatives to Violence and Crossroads Safehouse.
